چکیده
In this study, the effect of polycaprolactone (PCL) coating on mechanical strength, cell behavior and attachment hierarchical meso/macroporous Titania scaffold were investigated. as substrate was fabricated through evaporation-induced self-assembly coupled with foamy method. Then prepared scaffolds coated by solution three different weight percentages dip-coating SAXS, WAXRD, SEM, compressive MTT test applied to characterized samples. Based XRD results, concentration increased, intensity crystalline phase increased while TiO2 peak decreased due covering mesoporous titania polycaprolactone. Compressive strength showed that increasing percent, porosity decrease from 89.5 73.8 % which caused 0.2 0.79 MPa. The SEM results illustrated 1.2 1.5 wt%, macrospores filled regard, sample containing 1wt% choosen selective sample. Also, reported a small trace cytotoxicity in contact L929 mouse fibroblast cells. performed using MG63 cells, samples provided suitable for cells attach also viability surface substrate. Overall, according 1 wt% polycaprolactone, could have good potential be used tissue engineering.

Three Dimensional Macroporous Calcium Phosphate Scaffolds for Bone Tissue Engineering
Calcium phosphate ceramics are widely used as bone substitutes since they are biocompatible and bioactive. Having a chemical composition close to natural bone, calcium phosphate ceramics are promising bone substitute materials in orthopaedics, maxillofacial surgery and dentistry. Hydroxyapatite (HA) and tricalcium phosphate (TCP) are the most commonly used calcium phosphates, because their calc...
متن کاملAligned and random nanofibrous nanocomposite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering
Aligned and random nanocomposite nanofibrous scaffolds were electrospun from polycaprolactone (PCL), poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) and hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (nHA). The morphology and mechanical characteristics of the nanofibers were evaluated using scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy revealed fibers with an average diameter of 123 ± 3...
متن کاملA Review on Commonly Used Scaffolds in Tissue Engineering for Bone Tissue Regeneration
Introduction: Bone is one of the tissues that have a true potential for regeneration. However, sometimes the bone defects are so outsized that there is no chance of bone self-repair and restoration or the damage is such that it is not possible to repair with medical or surgical interventions. In these situations, bone grafts are the treatment of choice, but due to several obstacles, including l...
